Welcome back lovelies! For today’s fashion post, i’m bringing you two outfit ideas for a very special and memorable day. Let me start off by saying, that if you’re reading this and you’ve served our country, thank you ♡
Even though I am still obsessed with the outfit ideas that I styled for the 4th of July last year; This year I wanted to incorporate Red, White, and Blue as pops of color with grey. Not as many stars and stripes, but still keeping them very patriotic.

First up, is this casual & comfy outfit.
I’m using this solid grey tunic to incoporate our flags colors in a chic way.. under I used a Royal blue bodycon dress to compesate for the loose-ness of the tunic.
I went on the shorter side for the bodycon dress to keep cool for any outside activites on one of the hottest months of the year.
How cute is this summer scarf? I know.. it sounds crazy a scarf in the beginning of July? But I promise its so lightweight, you don’t even feel like its there. Plus there are so many versatile ways that a scarf in the summer could come in handy!
On of the ways: around your head, to keep the harsh sun from your face, or if you’re going swimming as a cover-up. Or for when it gets chilly at night as an extra layer.
If you’ve followed my blog for a while now, you would know that one of my favorite shoes to ever wear are converse (preferably white, low tops). Perfect as my pop of white which already have red and blue on them as well.
This outfit came together so wonderfully, so comfortable and cool not just for the 4th but for the summer as well.
My second outfit idea is a bit more nautical:
Embroidery is one of the hottest trends for this summer, it’s a very cute way to spice up a basic piece. Basic white and blue stripes with red roses, it keeps up with the patriotic feel without all the stars and stripes.
This dress is so light and airy, it makes me feel like I’m on vacation, especially if there’s water nearby.
White accessories for the win. It’s a chic way to keep the entire outfit looking crisp.
A hat is always optional.. but it was the little umph.. this outfit to need to feel complete. Pink lemonade on hand and you’ve got a 4th of July to remember. Now to make one the hardest decision ever. Which outfit should I wear on the 4th?! help me choose in the comments!
I hope you have a fun and safe summer, filled with Joy. Thank you so much for joining me today.
